Workers whom are paid mostly in tips are twice as likely as someone working for minimum wage to experience sxual harassment, and bosses tend to ask them to wear seductive cloths more often.
Two-thirds of women and even men working in restaurants are harassed by their boss, owner, manger, or supervisor.
Eighty percent of women experience it from coworkers, and 90% are bothered by their customers behaviors.
Most female workers were worried that they will be fired if they try to report harassment. And highly paid workers were concerned that they would get small pay if they report the inappropriate behavior from costumers.
